2 - First Deadline

 

YouR First Mailing

First Deadline:  April 30th

Please send your first registration forms by this deadline and include...

  1. Release forms for every person you are registering at this deadline (mailed copies or emailed PDFs).

  2. Background check forms for every person you are registering who is 18 years old or more AND over one year out of high school (mailed forms or emailed PDFs)

  3. One check (made out to Grace Community Church) from your church covering at least the program fee deposits for each person you are registering at this deadline (mailed check)

  4. Group Registration spreadsheet (emailed Excel file)

Note: Everything but the check may be sent electronically. The Group Registration form must be sent electronically

Set your local deadlines at least a week prior to the dates we set for you. This allows time for your registration stragglers and eases the rush on you.

Program fee deposits are non-refundable and must be postmarked by our registration deadlines in order to guarantee the corresponding prices.
