Registration and housing will be opened until May 31st, after which people can still register but need to contact their church coordinators and may need to find housing on their own (if there are no more rooms available).

The deposit is waived for Adult Volunteers under 25 years old and for Connect Group guides.
Registration
Registration for the conference will be handled online by the individuals attending. All student and adult volunteer forms are included within the online registration form, and can also be found below. The non-refundable deposit of $100 will be paid through a link within the registration site. The rest of the funds will be collected by your local church. In addition, adults who have not had a recent background check will be sent a link to fill out for a current one. Parents/guardians of minors will be sent an email requiring a response.
Program Policies, Responsibilities and Expectations, General Release, Medical Release and Permission
Conference fees include lodging for six nights, conference materials, and all meals except for the Church Night Out dinner.
Lodging for LT 2024 will take place at SpringHill Suites Jacksonville Baymeadows (9325 Baymeadows Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32256). 4-6 person hotel rooms include: FEATURED AMENITIES ON-SITE Sustainability Free Wifi, Free Hot Breakfast Monday-Sunday 6:30 - 10:00 AM, Free Coffee/Tea All-Suites, Convenience Store, Dry Cleaning Service, Laundry Wake up Calls, Kitchenette, Mobile Key, Digital Check In Service Request.
Church
Complete and return the below Pastor Approval Form after registration is closed. Connect with each parent/guardian of minors to confirm that they understand and have responded to the parent/guardian email. Provide roommate pairing assignments for housing. Collect the balance of the conference fees from participants and mail or bring a check to the conference for the total.
